Using SiliconWare Products
SiliconWare is made from the highest quality, food grade
silicone. Please read the following before using our
products.
Care and Cleaning
≈ Never use sharp metal tools to remove or cut food from bake ware. Use only nylon or silicone utensils.
≈ Never use bakeware on direct heat, stovetops, hotplates or under grillers.
≈ Never clean with abrasive soaps or scouring pads.
≈ Wash in hot soapy water and wipe clean or air-dry thoroughly.
≈ Place on top rack of dishwasher only.
≈ Store away from heavy metal pans and other objects which may damage the surface.
In the Oven
≈ SiliconWare can be used in electric and gas ovens.
≈ Keep well clear of flame or element.
≈ Do not exceed 230◦ Celsius.
≈ Always place bakeware on baking tray before use for easy positioning and removal.
≈ Grease SiliconWare pans well and also lightly flour, detailed pans.
≈ For best results we recommend a light and even spray of cooking oil.
≈ Cooking temperature and time may be less than with metal or ceramic bakeware.
In the Microwave
≈ Place SiliconWare item centrally on the turntable and follow standard microwave cooking directions.
≈ Cooking temperature and time may be less.
In the Freezer
≈ Place covered SiliconWare item in freezer making sure it stands level.
≈ Siliconware can go straight from the freezer to the microwave or oven for defrosting, cooking or heating.
≈ Cooked food may be left in the pan and stored in the freezer covered with foil or cling wrap.
To remove cake/muffins allow to cool completely, stretch sides of pan slightly, invert the pan and press the base gently, then carefully remove pan.
